Joplyn has been a piano player since the age of six, and the music she writes is the product of poems and short stories that explore identity, transience and new beginnings. She has been heavily influenced by living in Berlin as well. Her maiden offering on Watergate Records is a dreamy two-tracker that feature her own vocals."
