Along with his two partners, they started Keinemusik back in Berlin in 2009, so fifteen years ago. This is not an overnight success story.   • Create Music Group has acquired a 50% share of the London-based dance music label and publisher Enhanced Music. (Hits) 
  • Utopia Distribution Services has filed paperwork with the High Court to appoint an administrator. UDS landlord DP World says it has acquired the assets of the company in a ‘pre-pack’ administration deal. (CMU) 
  • Virgin Music Group has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Downtown Music Holdings for cash consideration of $775m. The acquisition, which is subject to regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the second half of 2025. (RotD) The sale includes Downtown-owned CD Baby, Songtrust, FUGA, Downtown Artist & Label Services, Curve Royalties and Downtown Music Publishing.
