"It's the biggest streaming dance track of the year, with over 380m on Spotify alone. It comes from a DJ and producer who back in January you would have to say was still considered underground. Along with his two partners, they started Keinemusik back in Berlin in 2009, so fifteen years ago. This is not an overnight success story. It's been building and building, and yes, this track changed the agenda. It blew up the sound. Our ENT of 2024 is 'Move' from Adam Port, STRYV, Keinemusik, Orso and Malachiii."
This week's featured Essential New Tune was featured in last week’s Friday show on BBC Radio 1. Listen again and forward to 1.55.29 here.
